1. How can I log in? To have access to some of the Vlerick Alumni facilities you need to log in. Click in the left menu under ‘Quicklinks’ on ‘Login’. You can click on ‘Save my login information’ if you want your computer to save your login and password. 2. I lost my login & password Fill out your e-mail address in this link (http://www.vlerickalumni.com/loginrecovery) and if we find your e-mail address in our database, you will receive an e-mail to create new credentials (these are login and password) within minutes. If none of your (current) e-mail addresses is not stored on our database, you need to contact the Vlerick Alumni team. 3. I want to book a meeting room Paying members of Vlerick Alumni can book a meeting room for meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, seminars and other events at the Ghent and Leuven campus. Our meeting spaces are equipped with every possible facility (flip chart, wireless internet, beamer, etc.) and specific catering can be ordered separately. To book a meeting room, send an e-mail to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com or contact us on +32 9 210 98 18. Please mention date, hours and the number of people. The rooms can be booked from 8 am till 11 pm on week days (except Holiday periods of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School). To confirm your booking, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with a catering form. 4. I want to subscribe myself for an event To subscribe for an event, click on top of the website on Events>Events Calendar and scroll through the event offer and click on the event(s) of your choice. On the specific event page, go to ‘Sign up>register here’ (in the right column), also click on ‘accept the event consents’ and Submit. You will get a confirmation mail. Always check your contact details and adjust if necessary. 5. How can I unsubscribe for an event? Send an email to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com and clearly indicate you want to cancel your registration for a specific event. We will send you a confirmation of the cancelation. 6. Can I subscribe someone else for an event? Some of our events are also accessible for third parties. To subscribe someone else for an event, send an email to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com and indicate the following information: last name, first name, company, function, e-mail address and company address. 7. I want to update my profile Log in on the website and go to the left menu under Quicklinks where you can click on an item depending on what you want to change. DO NOT FORGET to click on Update to save your changes. 8. I want to become a Vlerick Alumni member All students who obtained a diploma or certificate for one of the long-term management programmes of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, are an official alumnus and therefore can join Vlerick Leuven Gent Alumni as a paying member. I want to update my profile picture Send your profile picture as jpg-file with a minimum resolution of 78 kb to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com. We will upload this picture on your profile. 10. How can I search in the database? Only paying members of Vlerick Alumni have access to - among other things - the database search tool, the career services & the commercial discounts. Other alumni (non-paying) do have access to: • the event pages, in order to subscribe themselves for events; • the update pages, to update their personal contact details. Interested in full access? Select Services on top of the Home page, then Career Services. Choose the right option and log in. Non-paying members or third parties can also post vacancies on our website. Select Events on top of the Home page > Photo galleries where you can find the events with photos and click on Photo Gallery. 13. How can I become a corporate partner of Vlerick Alumni? 15. I would like to receive an invoice for an event Send an email to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com with your invoice details. Clearly indicate the name of the event and the name of the participant. 16. I would like to receive an invoice for my membership Go to the membership website http://membership.vlerickalumni.com and fill out the invoice form or send an email with your invoice details, name, alid number and membership formula (1 or 5 years) to info@staff.vlerickalumni.com
