For meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, seminars and other events, the paying members of Vlerick Alumni can make use of the meeting rooms of Vlerick Alumni on the Ghent campus upon availability. Our meeting spaces are equipped with every possible facility (flip chart, wireless internet, beamer, etc).

Available meeting rooms:

• Alumni Business Centre (25 places)
• Alumni Meeting Room (8 places)

Terms of use:

• The meetings rooms can only be booked by contacting our secretariat per telephone: +32 9 210 98 18. Reservations are only valid after confirmation from our side.
• The reservation of a beamer costs 50 Euros per meeting.
• Catering has to be ordered by the catering campus partner of Vlerick (Sodexho). Order form on request.
